What we collect, and why.

This site collects less than most. Here's exactly what, why, and who it's shared with. Last updated September 2026.

The short version

Two things: a contact form, and analytics.

If you fill out the demo form, we get what you typed in it. If you don't, and you've accepted analytics cookies, we get anonymous usage data through Google Analytics. That's the whole list. We don't sell data, run ad-retargeting, or track you across other sites.

What we collect

Two sources, nothing hidden.

The demo form

Name, work email, company, database type, team size and whatever you write in the message field. Verified with Cloudflare Turnstile to keep the form spam-free. Stored in our internal CRM (Notion) and emailed to our team, so we can follow up. Kept as long as needed to respond to you, or until you ask us to delete it.

Site analytics

Google Analytics: pages visited, general location (country/city level), device type, referring site. Only runs after you accept the cookie banner. If you decline, none of this loads, no exceptions.

Who it's shared with

The infrastructure this site actually runs on.

Every one of these is a service the site depends on to function, not a data broker or ad network.

Google Analytics

Anonymous usage data, only after you accept cookies.

Cloudflare

Hosting, DNS and spam prevention (Turnstile) for this site and the demo form.

AWS

Runs the demo form's backend: email notification and CRM logging.

Notion

Internal CRM. Where your demo-form submission is logged for our team.

Your rights

Ask, and we'll act on it.

Want to know what we have on you, or want it deleted? Use the demo form, or reply to any email from us, and ask. We'll handle it directly, not through a support queue.

Changes

We'll update this page if that changes.

If what we collect or who we share it with ever changes, this page changes with it. No silent updates to what this policy actually says.
